I opened the first Margaux Salon 6 years ago and the second shop 3 years ago.

*How did you come up with the name for your company?
Margaux is a lovely name with a rich association to the prestigious French wine Château Margaux. Like the wine, the name of the business carries elegance, sophistication, and character.
*What was your key driving force to become an entrepreneur?
My motivation to become an entrepreneur in hairdressing stemmed from a desire to revolutionize the industry by promoting sustainable practices and empowering both clients and stylists. For example, recognizing the need for eco-friendly hair care products, These organic and environmentally conscious products, aiming to minimize environmental impact while providing exceptional service.
*How do you define success?
Success, to me, means achieving the freedom and autonomy that come with entrepreneurship. It’s about having the ability to pursue my passions, make meaningful contributions, and create a positive impact while enjoying the flexibility to live life on my own terms.

While there’s no one-size-fits-all formula for success as an entrepreneur, I believe that caring for humanity and embodying empathy can greatly contribute to achieving success.
